The Cape Air Pilot Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward current employees for referring a qualified pilot to Cape Air for employment. All bonus money is subject to applicable taxes. Who is eligible for the Pilot Referral Bonus?

All current Cape Air employees are eligible to refer a pilot for employment with Cape Air.

 

How do I refer someone?

When an eligible employee would like to refer a pilot they must submit a letter or email to pilotrecruitment@capeair.com. This notification must include the referred pilot's name and must be submitted prior to Cape Air interviewing the pilot for the vacant position. Please be sure you coordinate with anyone you are referring prior to their interview so that we are aware of your recommendation.

 

How much money will I receive for a referral?

The referring employee will receive $2,000.00 for all eligible pilots hired as a Captain.
